If you want to be p****tic about the numbers, then a month isn't exactly 4 weeks but rather has different number of weeks each month.

In january you have 31 days, which is 4.4285714286 weeks
in february, you have 28 days (but 29 days during leap years), which is exactly 4 weeks (but 4.1428571429 weeks during leap years)
etc
